hello! :)

its past 2 am here in the Philippines but since i'm used to burn the midnight oil, i still have one last blog for you guys today. 

Alysa a.k.a. Wander Woman and i have a sort of Bangkal Bloggers-United Garage Sale on my house's garage hahaha. (garage sale, in a garage! get it??) along with other bloggers (Aaron, Ate Jhing, Epoy and Kai) we will be having this sale during 5pm onwards at Rodriguez Ave. Bangkal Makati City in front of Shellane Gas. :)

let's just say if we're there, we're OPEN. :)

arroz a la cubana...mama's style



INGREDIENTS:
ground beef
white rice
fried egg
fried bananas (saging na saba)
according to wikipedia:
The Philippine version consists of ground beef sauteed with onions, garlic, tomato sauce, diced potatoes, raisins, and diced carrots, plus white rice, a fried egg and a ripe native plantain (maduro in Spanish), sliced length-wise and fried. The Philippine version consists of ground beef sauteed with onions, garlic, tomato sauce, diced potatoes, raisins, and diced carrots, plus white rice, a fried egg and a ripe native plantain (maduro in Spanish), sliced length-wise and fried. 
mama's version is beef minus the tomato sauce, potatoes, raisins and carrots. :) haha her's is a good quick easy recipe that we (her kids) love!

dad may be a wonderful cook but mama's dishes are also incomparable. i'm so lucky to have them!

my dad just came home from a week's training in Narita, Japan and to celebrate the successful training we dine out in Italianni's, Glorietta.

HOOORAY!

i must say that the built in cameras in both Sony X10 (dad's) and mom's mini Experia are uhmazing! :)
